By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Services and bookings

• A booking request submitted through the website is not final until confirmed by the salon.
• The salon may propose a different appointment time for operational reasons.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in convertible marks (KM/BAM).

For services with a price range, the final price is confirmed after salon assessment.

4. User responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate contact details when sending inquiries or booking requests.
• Any unlawful, misleading, or harmful use of the website is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, images, visuals, logo, and brand assets) is owned by Damen Salon or used with permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Damen Salon uses reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the salon is not liable for indirect damages resulting from website use.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Competent courts in Sarajevo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
